How to order                         

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1> You can visit our "ITEM LIST" to see which items are available for sale.

Step 2> Send me your order list through lcmhouse@gmail.com

Step 3> I will reply you for the final price and payment detail.

Step 4> If you accept my offer, you can send me payment direct to lcmhouse@gmail.com by paypal.

Step 5> Once receipt of your payment, I will reply you for confirmation and send your item within 2 business days (except some pre-order items)

Step 6> Also I will tell you the tracking code and you can track your packet at "ITEM TRACKING".

Step 7> Normally, it takes 7~18 days for delivery from Hong Kong to anywhere.

Step 8> If you can't receive your packet within 3 weeks, please let me know immediately. I will send tracking enquiry to Hong Kong post office.

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept paypal and western union money transfer only. If you don't know what are they, please contact me for detail.

DELIVERY METHOD

Normally, I will send all items by registered air packets with tracking code. If you prefer another method like EMS & Air Parcel, please contact me for detail.

INSURANCE

If post office confirm your packet is lost during delivery, I will fully refund to you in case of that you purchased insurance for your items. If not, I can partly refund which will depend on post office compensation.

COMBINE SHIPPING DISCOUNT

Normally, I will offer USD 4 discount for combing TWO items into ONE packet & USD 7 discount for combing THREE items into ONE packet. If you are not sure the exactly discount, please contact me for detail.
